Does the current state of the world feel strange to you? Maybe even stressful? I know it does to me, especially when considering my never-ending teeth grinding, a big sign that I’m feeling anxious.
Aside from sitting behind my sewing machine and making dolls or doing an embroidery project, drawing has become one more outlet to put my mind at ease.
I don’t know what will become of this little activity, but I felt like sharing some of my doodles with you in a way that you can benefit from them as well.
As you probably know, coloring pages are a way to lower stress because they quickly put you in a meditative state and help you focus on the present. If done before bed, coloring can also help you fall asleep quicker.
If you haven’t done any coloring before, give it a try and note how you feel afterward. 20 minutes can be beneficial to you! Plus, it’s always nice to have an excuse to feel like a kid again and play with crayons or pencils.
I got you covered with enough material. You can download a free coloring page to get you started or get a Mandala coloring book from the shop.
If you don’t feel like committing to a book, you can also get a monthly page.
Starting in May, I’ll be posting a new monthly coloring page on my Ko-Fi page. They’ll be exclusively available to supporters and not on sale anywhere else.
Each contribution helps me create and share free content and DIY projects on this website and keep it running.
Your support is greatly appreciated!!
