Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How long does it take to complete my order?
For physical items, it’s usually between 3-5 business days. If the purchased item is in stock, it will take 1-2 business days.
Please consider that Cat Dolls are made the moment you place your order and, depending on workload, could take up to a week to be completed. Before ordering one, check for availability. There could be a few in stock.
Please remember that, although I do my best to send orders right away, delivery times are out of my control.
How will items be shipped?
All items are shipped with Correos de México Registered Mail and may take between 3 to 8 weeks to arrive depending on location or season. Please take these times into account when ordering for special occasions.
Shipping costs include postage and tracking number.
Although all packages have a tracking number, this does not mean that the post office in your country will update your shipment’s status. A package won’t be considered lost or missing until 2 months after the expected delivery date has passed.
Do you offer shipping upgrades?
If you want a faster shipping method, you can upgrade to MexPost’s service or a courier service (FedEx, DHL, etc.) of your choice with additional charge. Please contact me before placing your order.
