How long does it take to complete my order?
For physical items, it’s usually between 3-5 business days. If the purchased item is in stock, it will take 1-2 business days.
Please consider that Cat Dolls are made the moment you place your order and, depending on workload, could take up to a week to complete. Before ordering one, check for availability. There could be a few in stock.
Please remember that, although I do my best to send orders immediately, delivery times are out of my control.

How will items be shipped?
All items are shipped with Correos de México Registered Mail and may take between 3 to 8 weeks to arrive, depending on location or season. Please consider these times when ordering for special occasions.
Shipping costs include postage and tracking number.
Although all packages have a tracking number, this does not mean that the post office in your country will update your shipment’s status. A package won’t be considered lost or missing until two months after the expected delivery date has passed.
All orders are mailed on Tuesdays.
Do you offer shipping upgrades?
You can upgrade to Estafeta’s International Courier service for $35.00 USD if you want a faster shipping method. It covers up to 2 lbs (1kg).

Customs and import taxes

No, it would be a copyright violation.
Would you be willing to make products for our company, XYZ?
If your company happens to share the values of my brand and values my time as an artist, I might consider it, but it’s not a guarantee that I will work with you. If you’re in government and/or work with government agencies or political parties, I have to decline kindly.
Do you offer your products wholesale?
